1. Data controller

Vekstloop is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to hei@vekstloop.no or by phone +47 466 26 685.

2. Contact form

When you submit the contact form we process the information you provide:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Company name
• What you want help with, and any message
• Time of submission
• A hashed (anonymised) version of your IP address, to prevent spam and abuse

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to reply to your enquiry, follow up the conversation and, if relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). The hashed IP address is processed based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Cookies and analytics

We only use analytics and marketing tools if you have consented in the cookie banner. Without consent, none of these tools are loaded.

• Microsoft Clarity – shows in anonymised form how the site is used (clicks, scrolling and session recordings) so we can improve it.
• Google Ads – measures the effect of our ads and which visits come from them.
• Necessary storage – we store your consent choice in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit.

5. Processors and transfers

We never sell personal data. It is stored with providers that run the website and database for us, and with Microsoft and Google if you have consented to analytics. These providers may process data outside the EEA; if so, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by law, for example the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Analytics data is kept according to Microsoft's and Google's standard retention periods.

7. Security

Data is transferred encrypted (HTTPS), and only a limited number of people at Vekstloop have access to submitted enquiries.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at hei@vekstloop.no and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
